Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a WFM Reporting Analyst to convert workforce and operational data into actionable insights. You will develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to optimize service levels and workforce efficiency, working with stakeholders across Operations and leadership.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, automation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on SLA adherence, occupancy, forecast accuracy, and productivity within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, IT, CS, analytics or related field.
• Strong experience in workforce management reporting, analytics, MIS or BI.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, Power Query and macros.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain WFM reports and scorecards.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting packages.
• Ensure data accuracy through audits and validations.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
• Support forecasting, planning, scheduling, and real-time management.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and collaborate with IT teams.
• Drive automation and process improvement in reporting.
