BruntWork seeks a Social Media & Content Assistant to manage and grow multiple creator accounts remotely in a part-time role (20 hours/week). You will schedule content, engage communities, repurpose material, perform light video edits, and report on performance across platforms, maintaining consistent messaging across niches.

You will handle approximately 15 accounts per creator, work flexible hours aligned with client business times, and collaborate with the agency team via specified channels

Our client is looking for a Social Media & Content Assistant to manage and grow multiple creator accounts across various social media platforms. In this remote, part-time role, you will handle content scheduling, community engagement, content repurposing, basic video editing, and performance reporting. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing approximately 15 accounts per creator independently across diverse niches, this position is ideal for you.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, flexible schedule during client business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish three posts per day across five social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok) for multiple creator accounts

• Manage content across three distinct niches per creator, ensuring appropriate messaging and tone for each

• Monitor and respond to comments and engagement across all managed accounts to foster audience growth

• Perform light video editing and remastering of clip content to repurpose material for different platforms

• Provide regular reports on account activity, engagement metrics, and posting performance

• Coordinate posting schedules to align with optimal reach times for each creator's audience

• Manage approximately 15 accounts per creator across multiple creators

• Work within UK-friendly hours to align with the agency's operations

• Provide weekly or bi-weekly performance reports to the agency team

• Collaborate with the existing team via designated communication channels

Requirements

• Must have access to a reliable VPN for secure account management

• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously across various platforms
