This established practice specializes in premium aesthetic treatments including advanced injectables, cutting-edge skin rejuvenation procedures, and wellness therapies. With an average client investment of $800 per treatment, this is a high-end practice serving discerning clients who value quality and results. The practice has been successfully operating for three years and is now expanding their digital marketing efforts with sophisticated AI-driven lead generation systems.
Role Name: Sales Assistant
Monthly Rate: Php 40,000-45,000
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (with 1 hour unpaid break)
Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates (with commissions/incentives) and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Convert high-quality Facebook leads generated through AI marketing systems into confirmed appointments
Sell premium aesthetic treatments and wellness services, including Botox, fillers, microneedling, PRP therapy, and IV wellness services
Integrate and coordinate multiple AI platforms and technology systems for effective lead management
Process payments efficiently and schedule appointments through integrated booking systems
Conduct strategic follow-up communications with leads to maximize conversion rates and ensure no opportunities are missed
Manage and nurture the complete lead pipeline from initial contact through appointment booking
Maintain detailed communication records and track conversion metrics for performance optimization
Exceptional English communication skills with clear, professional articulation
Proven track record in sales, particularly with high-value services or luxury products
Strong technical aptitude with experience integrating multiple platforms and digital systems
Familiarity with AI tools, CRM systems, and modern technology platforms
Outstanding phone communication and relationship-building skills for lead conversion
Experience with payment processing systems and appointment scheduling platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining accountability
Comfortable working EST business hours to align with New York-based clientele
Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or beauty industries is a plus but not required
