BruntWork is seeking a remote, part-time outbound caller to convert a prepared list of roughly 50,000 leads into booked appointments for closers. You’ll take over cold calling from the founder and contribute directly to new client acquisition while aiming for a clear growth path into a closer role with commission.

You’ll work during US Eastern Time hours, using established dialers and GoHighLevel to maintain a steady pipeline and timely follow-ups.

Competenze

• Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
• Excellent communication skills on the phone.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Ability to work during US business hours aligned to Eastern Time.

Job Description

You will be the front line of this agency's growth, turning a ready-made list of around 50,000 leads into booked appointments for the closers. The systems, dialers and lead lists are already built, so your time goes to what matters most: talking to business owners and setting meetings. You will take over cold calling from the founder, who wants to focus on building and fulfilment. Your results will directly drive new client acquisition, and strong performers have a clear path to move up into a closer role with commission.

Schedule

• Flexible during client business hours; West Palm Beach FL. (Eastern Time)

• Make outbound cold calls to a list of roughly 50,000 business and personal business phone numbers
• Use GoHighLevel and the provided dialers, organized by state and area code, to work through the lead lists
