Job summary

Allied Search Pte. Ltd. in the Philippines is looking for a Cook (Western Cuisine) to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook Western dishes according to standard recipes, support daily food production, and ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet required standards.

Maintain high hygiene and safety standards, monitor ingredients and stock, and follow SOPs in a fast-paced environment. 2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in a food manufacturing or processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes according to standard recipes, specifications and quality standards.
• Support daily food production and processing operations, ensuring consistency in taste, portion, quality and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and workplace safety in line with applicable regulations (SFA).
• Follow established recipes, production procedures and SOPs to ensure product quality.
• Monitor production quantities, ingredient usage and stock rotation to minimise wastage and losses.
• Assist with raw material preparation, inventory control and stock management.
