Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding works on structural steel, pipes, and metal components
• Interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
• Operate MIG, TIG, SMAW (Stick), and other welding equipment
• Cut, grind, and prepare materials before welding
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and strength
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance
• Assist in fabrication and installation works on-site

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or Technical–Vocational graduate (e.g., TESDA certification)
• NC II or NC III in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or related qualification
• 2–5+ years of welding experience (local or overseas preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site or shifting schedules
