Job summary

Talento Solutions Inc. in Pampanga is seeking a skilled welder to join our manufacturing team. The role involves reading blueprints and welding specifications, setting up MIG, TIG and stick welders, and preparing surfaces for welding.

You will inspect weld quality to ensure safety and design compliance and perform routine maintenance on welding equipment. On-site work with opportunities for professional development and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine project specs.
• Set up and operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG and stick welders.
• Prepare and clean metal surfaces to be welded, ensuring they are free from contaminants.
• Inspect welds for quality to meet safety and design standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of welding equipment.
