Job Description
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Operate welding equipment to join, fabricate, or repair metal components using appropriate welding techniques.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality, durability, and compliance with safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in welding or relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc welding) and the use of welding tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and understanding of safety procedures in a welding environment.
