Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions in Manila is extending the Bruce ATS to weekends and hiring Trading Operations Analysts to cover the new 48-hour session. Join the trading operations team, monitor subscriber activity, and support order-flow growth on our platform.

You will work independently or with a small team, with clear handoffs and escalation when needed, and you should have strong knowledge of trading systems and regulatory requirements, including Series 7 readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronic trading and/or trade support experience.
• Knowledge of market microstructure, order routing, execution and FIX protocol.
• A Series 7 license, or the ability to obtain the SIE and Series 7 within your first 45 days.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills and willingness to learn new financial products.

Responsibilities

• Accept handoffs at the start of each shift and update the team on current session activity.
• Provide trade support and actively monitor trading systems throughout the session.
• Perform system startup health checks to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist subscribers with questions and trade-related issues, resolving them promptly.
• Flag outliers and share session trends with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Nasdaq Level 1 support as needed during sessions.
• Complete end-of-session tasks including system reviews and reconciliation.
• Learn start-of-day functions and handoffs and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of trading systems, order routing, execution and FIX protocol.
• Uphold regulatory and operational standards, including Series 7 responsibilities.
