Bruce Markets in Manila is expanding its overnight trading operations and hiring Trading Operations Analysts to cover the new 48‑hour session. You will join the trading ops team, support subscriber activity, and help grow order flow on our platform.

Based in Manila with a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) you will monitor systems, perform health checks, assist subscribers, and collaborate with Nasdaq and the broader team.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of electronic trading or trade support experience.
• Knowledge of market microstructure, order routing, execution and FIX protocol.
• Series 7 license or ability to obtain SIE and Series 7 within 45 days.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekend hours on a flexible schedule.

Aufgaben

• Accept handoff from previous shift and update Slack with current session activity.
• Provide trade support and monitor trading systems during the session.
• Perform system startup health checks to ensure smooth trading operations.
• Assist subscribers with questions and trade-related issues.
• Flag outliers and share session trends with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Nasdaq’s Level 1 support during session as needed.
• Complete end-of-session activities, including system reviews and trade reconciliation.
• Learn start-of-day functions and handoffs and escalate when unsure how to proceed.
• Maintain strong knowledge of trading systems, order routing, execution and FIX protocol.
• Uphold regulatory and operational standards, including Series 7 responsibilities.
