Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Website & SEO Supervisor to lead the Website and Search team across Nestlé corporate and brand sites. You will manage projects, optimize content, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality digital experiences.

You will mentor SEO specialists, collaborate with markets, and drive initiatives using BrightEdge, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms. Hybrid, night-shift role in Meycauayan/Makati.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in managing a team of experts in a specific area
• Proven work experience with SEO, CMS for Content and CMS for eCommerce or similar role
• Hands-on experience with website measurement tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SessionCam
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
• Proven leadership and good communication skills with excellent response times

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to person for Website and Search Services topics
• Review and analyze Nestlé websites for improvements and optimization
• Measure results with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and BrightEdge
• Monitor and report performance of traffic, rankings, conversions and trends
• Mentor and support other Search, Websites and D2C Specialists
• Develop documentation and collaborate across projects and teams
• Review content plans with stakeholders to align strategy across markets
• Lead a team to deliver on Website/SEO projects and migrations
