Job summary

Reed Exhibitions Philippines is seeking a Web Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator to publish and update content across RX sites, optimize for SEO, and analyze performance using Google Analytics. You will manage CMS workflows, test across browsers, and ensure branding and UX standards are met.

The role requires HTML/CSS/JavaScript familiarity, strong analytics skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams on data-driven improvements to the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (CS, IT or digital marketing).
• Experience with analytics: auditing, implementation, data analysis and insights.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; works well in teams or independently.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Good time management and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles including accessibility and responsive design.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Daily publishing of content across RX websites and platforms using approved content.
• SEO re-optimization, check for broken links and proper metadata.
• Monitor site performance via Google Analytics and report insights weekly.
• Track and analyze website analytics and PPC campaigns.
• Audit and optimize copy and landing pages for SEO and conversions.
• Provide keyword opportunities and campaign structuring for paid search.
• Update and manage content across event sites and platforms.
• Test website across browsers and update GDPR references.
• Create and configure forms; ensure page consistency and usability.
• Perform QA checks for accuracy, functionality and brand UX compliance.
• Collaborate with RX teams to align tracking and messaging across journeys.
• Assist with UX reviews and improve navigation, accessibility, and responsiveness.
