Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Web & Graphic Designer or in a similar design role.
• Strong portfolio or work samples demonstrating both web and graphic design capabilities.
• Intermediate knowledge of web, graphic, and print design processes.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently on production-heavy tasks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve creative and technical skills.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude to production-heavy tasks.
• Willing to work an assigned early morning or night shift schedule based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, websites, email, and marketing collateral based on provided briefs.
• Adapt master designs into different sizes, formats, layouts, and languages while preserving visual integrity.
• Follow brand guidelines and style guides across all outputs; ensure alignment and color accuracy.
• Review assets for formatting errors and typos before submission.
• Prepare and export files for web and print in RGB and CMYK; ensure correct formats, dimensions, resolution, and bleeds.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers and other creatives on projects; support brainstorming and mood-boarding for campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Production

• Create visual assets for social media, websites, email, and marketing collateral based on provided creative briefs.

Layout & Versioning

• Adapt master designs into different sizes, formats, layouts, and languages while maintaining visual integrity.

Brand Compliance & Quality Control

• Strictly follow established brand guidelines and style guides across all creative outputs.

• Review designs for alignment, typography, color accuracy, consistency, and overall visual quality.

• Check assets for formatting errors and typos before submission.

File Preparation

• Prepare and export files for web and digital use in RGB and print production in CMYK.

• Ensure correct file formats, dimensions, resolution, and bleeds.

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with Senior Designers and other creative team members on assigned projects.

• Support brainstorming and mood-boarding for upcoming campaigns.
