Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, IT, CS, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in web design, UI/UX design, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and UI/UX capabilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Position Summary:

The Web Designer is responsible for designing and supporting the development of visually engaging, user-friendly, and responsive digital experiences across the organization's websites and web-based platforms. The role focuses primarily on UI/UX design, website design, front-end support, and digital interface development, working closely with developers, marketing, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and functional user experiences. The Web Designer ensures that websites and digital interfaces are visually consistent, responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand standards and modern web design practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered interfaces for websites and web-based applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and interactive designs based on business and user requirements.
• Apply UI/UX principles to improve usability, navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Conduct basic user and competitor research to identify design trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, style guides, and reusable design elements.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, spacing, layouts, icons, and other visual elements across digital platforms.
• Web Design & Front-End Support
• Design responsive web layouts that provide an optimal experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Work closely with front-end developers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web interfaces.
• Provide design specifications, assets, and guidelines needed for development.
• Support front-end implementation through basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
• Review implemented designs and identify visual, usability, responsiveness, or layout issues.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve design-related implementation issues.
• Ensure final web interfaces accurately reflect approved designs and brand standards.

3. Website Development Support

• Design and update website pages, landing pages, forms, navigation structures, and other web components.
• Support website redesigns, enhancements, and continuous UI/UX improvements.
• Optimize web layouts and visual assets for performance, responsiveness, and usability.
• Work with Marketing and Content teams to ensure website content is presented effectively.
• Assist in implementing SEO-friendly design practices, including appropriate page structures, navigation, headings, and user experience considerations.

4. Design & Brand Development

• Ensure all digital interfaces align with the organization's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Create supporting digital assets such as banners, icons, graphics, illustrations, and other web elements when required.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams on campaign landing pages and other digital experiences.
• Maintain consistency across websites, internal platforms, and other digital touchpoints.

5. Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct visual and usability reviews across different browsers, screen sizes, and devices.
• Identify UX issues and recommend improvements based on user behavior, feedback, and performance data.
• Participate in website testing and quality assurance before and after deployment.
• Stay updated on emerging UI/UX, web design, accessibility, and front-end development trends.
• Continuously improve design processes, standards, and reusable components.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in web design, UI/UX design, digital design, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and UI/UX design capabilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, usability, information architecture, and user-centered design principles.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Strong visual design, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working closely with front-end developers or software development teams.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design frameworks.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, React, or other front-end technologies.
• Experience with website platforms such as WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and WCAG principles.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.
• Experience designing dashboards, web applications, or other enterprise digital interface.
