We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Manage content creation for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and website updates.

  • Develop and implement a strategy to increase the company's social media presence and engagement. Monitor performance and optimize content strategy accordingly.

  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to adjust marketing tactics effectively.

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and help develop targeted advertising strategies.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data to assess KPIs and improve future strategies.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Design, Product) and external agencies or partners to align messaging, promotional strategies, and creative execution across campaigns.

  • Manage marketing tools and platforms such as social media schedulers, and email marketing software.

  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to develop brochures, presentations, case studies, and other marketing materials that support business development efforts.

  • Support special marketing projects or initiatives as needed to meet company objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a marketing role, preferably within a tax or business advisory company or a professional services environment.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and social media schedulers.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Solid understanding of content marketing, inbound marketing principles, and lead generation strategies.

  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with marketing measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

  • A creative mindset with an eye for design and brand consistency.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the Australian tax and business advisory market, regulations, and customer needs.

  • Ability to stay current with emerging marketing trends and technologies.
