As an AI Engineer Manager, you will lead teams within our Data and Analytics practice, focusing on leveraging data to drive insights and support clients in achieving their strategic goals. You will utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, helping clients optimize their operations and solve complex business problems. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
• At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
