Gratitude Philippines invites applications for Wealth & Banking Service Helpdesk Analyst. This role is onsite/hybrid in Taguig or Cubao, Quezon City with shifting hours guiding high-net-worth clients and Wealth Advisors through phone, email, and digital channels.

You'll build deep product knowledge, resolve complex service requests, document interactions in CRM, and maintain accuracy and compliance while meeting quality and productivity targets in a dynamic AI-augmented service model.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service in banking/financial services is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication with the ability to simplify complexity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience across phone, email, and digital channels with speed and care.
• Build deep knowledge of wealth and banking products and regulatory updates.
• Deliver tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients within compliance frameworks.
• Strengthen partnerships with Wealth Advisors and internal teams.
• Handle transfers, overdrafts, and day-to-day transactional needs accurately and timely.
• Process wire requests and ensure accuracy in execution.
• Document every client interaction in CRM/Salesforce.
• Meet and exceed quality, productivity, and behavioral targets.
• Improve client service metrics and experience scores.
• Adapt to shifting work schedule and maintain high service standards.
