Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow and deepen high-net-worth client relationships. You will solicit new accounts, manage existing ones, and provide tailored financial advice to drive growth and profitability. Strong networking and compliance with KYC/AMLA are essential.

Ideal candidates are team players with a business degree and, preferably, proficiency in Chinese. You will operate within the Wealth Management division, coordinating across groups to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

Requires team player with confidence to guide clients into business transactions.
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field (any major).
Preferably Chinese-speaking.

Responsibilities

Solicits new accounts and develops/deepens existing accounts to meet sales targets and revenues.
Develops and maintains a network of prospective clients and referrals; plans calls/visits.
Ensures up-to-date client information for account opening, KYC and AMLA compliance.
Provides financial advisory services to clients and coordinates with internal groups.
Conducts client calls and visits to identify investment needs and opportunities for growth.
Delivers coaching and guidance to Relationship Associates to enhance client acquisition.
