Job summary

RCBC in Metro Manila is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow and deepen relationships with high net worth clients, expanding both new and existing accounts. You will drive sales, manage client portfolios, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach junior associates to strengthen market capabilities.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, accurate documentation, and delivering professional advisory services to maximize client value and bank revenue.

Qualifications

• A team player with confidence to lead clients into successful business transactions.
• At least a 4-year graduate in any business-related degree.
• Preferably Chinese-speaking.

Responsibilities

• Solicits new accounts and develops/deepens existing accounts to meet sales volume and AUM targets.
• Develops and maintains a network of prospective clients and referrals; plans calls/visits.
• Ensures up-to-date client information and compliance with bank and government regulations (KYC/AMLA).
• Conducts sales coaching for Relationship Associates to enhance market capabilities.
• Delivers professional account management and financial advisory services to foster client loyalty and revenue growth.
