EastWest Banking Corporation (EastWest Bank) invites experienced Relationship Managers to join our Wealth Management team in Bacolod and Iloilo. You will drive business by prioritizing high-net-worth clients for innovative financial solutions and cross-selling, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

You will stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities, continually enhancing service levels and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent.
• Licensed to sell Fixed Income and Equities; UITF TOAP Certification; and Insurance licenses (Traditional/VUL).
• At least 2 to 5 years of sales experience in retail banking, preferably in the wealth segment.
• Solid knowledge of a wide range of financial products: deposits, FX, fixed income, equities, mutual funds, UITFs, bank assurance, loans, cash management.
• Ability to conduct in-depth portfolio reviews and provide holistic financial advice.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic landscape and its impact on wealth management.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Generation and maintenance of business to achieve sales targets; sourcing, calling, and presenting bank products/services to individuals.
• Building a database of high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building and cross-selling efforts.
• Conducting consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with high-net-worth clients to identify suitable products and services.
• Participating in promotional activities/events for client acquisition; achieving sales initiatives; relationship building and management.
• Providing market information updates and trend analyses; follow-up calls/visits; monitor market trends and competitors' offerings.
• Providing professional service to achieve customer satisfaction and retention; addressing inquiries and recommending improvements.
