Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a Financial Consultant to help clients shape their financial future through insurance, investments, retirement planning and wealth protection.

You will build lasting relationships, assess client needs, present tailored solutions, drive sales, and provide ongoing support including policy renewals and claims assistance. A finance or business degree and licenses are preferred; hybrid work and performance-based compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics.
• Proven experience in sales or financial advising.
• Strong understanding of financial products and wealth management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to obtain Insurance Commission licenses.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement – Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand financial goals.
• Financial Planning – Assess client situations and design tailored strategies.
• Insurance & Investment Solutions – Recommend AXA’s life, health, savings, and investment products.
• Sales Development – Prospect new clients, achieve sales targets, and qualify for commissions and bonuses.
• Ongoing Support – Provide after-sales service, policy renewals, and claims assistance.
