Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, business, economics or related field.
• Experience in sales, financial advising, or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement – meet individuals, families, and businesses to understand financial goals.
• Financial planning – assess client situations and design tailored strategies.
• Insurance & investment solutions – recommend AXA life, health, savings, and investment products.
• Sales development – prospect new clients, achieve sales targets, and qualify for commissions and bonuses.
• Ongoing support – provide after-sales service, policy renewals, and claims assistance.
