Job summary

Apo Agua Insfrastructura Inc is seeking a qualified Registered Chemist to join our analytical laboratory team in Davao City. The role involves performing routine physico-chemical, organic, and inorganic analyses of water samples, focusing on drinking water and wastewater parameters, and operating advanced lab instruments.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of lab experience, be proficient in testing turbidity, pH, color, residual chlorine, DO, and oil & grease, and be comfortable handling

Qualifications

Registered Chemist with licensure in good standing.
1–2 years in analytical laboratory setting, preferably water/wastewater analysis.
Proficient in physico-chemical testing for drinking water parameters and effluent parameters.
Experience with UV-Vis, ICP-MS, or GC-MS instrumentation.

Responsibilities

Perform routine physico-chemical, organic, and inorganic analyses of water samples.
Test drinking water and wastewater parameters (pH, turbidity, color, residual chlorine, etc.).
Operate, calibrate, and maintain UV-Vis, ICP-MS, and GC-MS instruments.
Prepare standard solutions, reagents, and calibration standards.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and document results.
