Job summary

Qualiblend, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking a wastewater operator to operate and monitor the wastewater treatment facility and its processes, ensuring safe and compliant operation.

The role requires physical fitness for underground tanks, willingness to work on Sundays/holidays, and shifting hours, with maintenance duties on pumps and control panels to keep equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or with Vocational course/ TESDA.
• Preferably with work experience in wastewater operator
• Knowledgeable in WWTP operation
• Must be physically fit to be able to climb down the underground tanks
• Willing to work on Sunday and Holiday (if needed)
• Willing for shifting schedule and extended hours
• Be able to handle tasks in challenging work environment such as: confined space (underground tank), outdoor and indoor with adverse weather conditions.
• Willing to work in Meycauayan City, Bulacan

Responsibilities

• Inspects wastewater treatment facility conditions
• Operates, monitors, and trouble-shoots the water treatment and wastewater treatment facility and its processes
• Ensures good condition of wastewater equipment (eg. air blowers, transfer pump, exhaust fan, control panel) by performing maintenance and replacement activities
• Ensures a safe working environment by reporting hazards to supervisor
