Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouseman (Receiving Finished Goods) to accurately receive and quality-check incoming stocks, including labeling and posting goods receipts per ISO 9001 and regional quality standards. You will handle material description, batch numbers, quantities, expiration dates, and the stock condition against delivery documents.

Using SAP-EWM RF devices, you will post goods receipts and quality usage decisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• College graduate in science or technical field.
• Experience in warehouse management, reconciliation and cycle count.
• Personnel management or team coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check and process quality; carry out warehousing procedures per ISO 9001 and Regional Quality Standards.
• Ensure accuracy of received products by verifying description, batch number, quantity, expiration date and physical condition against delivery documents.
• Post goods receipt and quality usage decisions in the system using SAP-EWM RF device.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and observe safety guidelines at all times.

Purpose of The Role:

The Warehouseman (Receiving Finished Goods) is responsible for the accurate receiving and process quality checking of all incoming stocks in Receiving FG which includes labeling, good receipt posting of stocks from Clients and their manufacturers based on established company policies and procedures in compliance with latest version of ISO 14001 EMS and ISO 45001 OHSMS and Regional Quality Standards.

What You’ll Do:

• As Quality Practitioner, shall be responsible for checking and processing quality. Ensure you to carry out warehousing procedures and activities based on ISO 9001 current version and in compliance with the Regional Quality Standard.
• Ensures accuracy of the products being received by checking the material description, batch number, quantity expiration date of the actual stocks and goods physical condition against the delivery documents.
• Ensure accuracy in posting goods receipt and quality usage decision in the system by using the quick reference guide to eliminate any errors in encoding using SAP-EWM Radio frequency (RF) device.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate Supervisor from time to time.
• Observes company rules, regulations and safety guidelines at work always.
