Job summary

WalterMart Supermarket, Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee total receiving and releasing procedures, document control, and security of docking premises in Cavite. You will ensure inventory accuracy and compliance across the warehouse operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field, 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in receiving/dispatch, and solid knowledge of warehouse processes. Training and career growth are available.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or accounting and administration related course.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in receiving/dispatching unit.
• Knowledgeable on warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Ensure 100% back end and warehouse compliance including receiving, storing, withdrawal, RTV, bad order management, premiums management, warehouse management, and safety and security.
• Manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance to the housekeeping standards.
• Reconcile inventory variance.
• Comply to reporting standards.
