Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and at least 2 years in a supervisory role within warehousing or logistics, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations or supply chain or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial warehouse role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and operating warehousing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in Cavite.
• Lead and manage warehouse workers and teams.
• Coordinate inventory planning and control.
• Ensure quality assurance and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and compliance with laws.
