Personal Collection Direct Selling, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Custodian for the Gapan facility to maintain the warehouse and manage stock effectively.

The role emphasizes cleanliness, security, and systematic inventory controls to ensure accurate stock records. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, performing daily cycle counts, organizing products by planogram, and supporting branch operations with repeat purchase orders and outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• Requires College Graduate.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO standards.
• Ability to perform daily cycle counts and inventories.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse.
• Manages and organizes products in the stockroom following FIFO or FEFO standards.
• Monitors proper warehouse ventilation and maintains temperature and humidity levels.
• Implements security guidelines in the stock room and store area.
• Receives and verifies delivered products against the Stock Transfer Report (STR).
• Performs efficient and quality Daily Cycle Count of the products.
• Performs Wall-to-Wall inventory count as required.
• Prepares the warehouse for incoming deliveries and allocates space for stock.
• Analyzes inventory levels and determines additional stock requests based on sales demand.
• Manages and organizes products in the supermarket according to the planogram.
• Assists in preparation, packaging, releasing, and delivery of outgoing deliveries to dealers.
• Monitors aging of unfulfilled/invoice orders.
• Supports branch in Repeat Purchase Order (RPO) tasks.
• Performs other branch operations tasks as needed.
