Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented logistics/operations support staff to maintain daily Collection & Packing data, respond to store queries on delivered quantities per SKU, and help schedule the monthly collection workflow. You will collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors and Team Leaders to investigate delivery concerns and update store collection status daily.

• Maintaining the data of Collection & Packing Daily output and ensuring all information is correctly recorded.
• Answer all stores queries and concerns pertaining to the delivered quantity of Items, per SKU.
• Assign to create a monthly working schedule of Collection & Packing unit.
• Investigate delivery concerns raised by Stores.
• Update and create New Store collection daily.
• Monitor and update the status and percentage of New Store Collection.
• Collaborates with the Warehouse Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Do the advanced scheduling of Collection per day.
• Submit Weekly Cancellation report to the Assistant Manager.
• Monitor the office supplies usage and issuance.
• Perform another task assigned by Assistant Manager.
