Job summary

The role entails managing communications with Malaysia's warehouse and ensuring accurate inventory across branches.   • Point-person for Warehouse Operations Branch Support.
  • Daily monitoring and processing of Invoice Feedback and Stock Control Files.
  • Responsible for Warehouse Accuracy Check.

Job description

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • College graduate of Business Course/Commerce
  • Atleast 2 years experience in Warehousing and Inventory
  • Knowledge in Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office


Key Responsibilities

  • Point-person for Warehouse Operations Branch Support
  • Point-person for communication with Malaysia Warehouse Operations and Branch Support
  • Point-person for any request of inventory query
  • Daily monitoring and processing of Invoice Feedback
  • Daily monitoring and processing of Stock Control Files (SC)
  • Daily monitoring and processing of Stock Transfer (TF)
  • Daily monitoring and processing of Barcode Exchange (BEX)
  • Responsible for Warehouse Accuracy Check
  • May be assigned other workload and duties by the immediate superior


Required Skills

  • Must have effective communication and negotiation skills, since national and international communication is a pivotal part of the job
  • Must be able to do multiple tasks all with attention to fine details
  • Must be numeric and be able to demonstrate basic accountancy related to inventory
  • Computer literate and capable of Microsoft Office Suits and other inventory applications
