Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in Bauang, La Union is seeking a capable individual for an entry-level warehouse/fulfillment role. You will handle order processing using FIFO, inform dealers about the ordering system, and ensure delivery invoices match received goods.

The position requires basic Microsoft Office, willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes, and strong negotiation and customer service skills to address dealer queries. Regularization comes with benefits.

Qualifications

• College level or vocational courses accepted.
• Graduate of any course or Grade 12 with relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Physically capable of lifting product boxes and bagging products.

Responsibilities

• Implements FIFO in order processing.
• Interfaces with dealers to inform and remind about the ordering system.
• Receives and verifies delivered products against delivery invoices.
• Inspects products for damage or breakage and files related documents.
• Manages customer queries and other concerns timely and satisfactorily.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
