Job summary

DYNA DRUG CORPORATION in Pasig, Philippines, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical goods. You will handle stock management and ensure accurate documentation using a WMS.

Responsibilities include operating approved material-handling equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and following regulatory safety standards. The role is onsite in Pasig with standard warehouse hours.

• Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or defects, and verify quantities against delivery receipts.
• Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations, racks, or bins following safety and stocking standards.
• Retrieve items based on pick-lists or digital orders, pack items securely with appropriate protective materials, and label them for dispatch.
• Prepare outgoing orders, stage freight, and load packed goods onto delivery trucks or courier vehicles.
• Conduct routine stock counts, cycle audits, and record inventory movements using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or barcode scanners.
• Safely operate warehouse machinery and material-handling equipment, such as manual/electric pallet jacks or forklifts (where licensed).
• Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and storage areas clean, hazard-free, and compliant with workplace fire and safety regulations (wearing required PPE).
