Job summary

Chili's Bar & Grill in Metro Manila is seeking an organized Warehouse QA/Inventory Clerk to inspect and verify products through inbound receiving, storage, and outbound shipping, ensuring quality and accurate records.

You will monitor FIFO/FEFO, prepare code date reports, coordinate with the Warehouse Team, and maintain logs using the inventory system. Attention to detail and basic Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory, quality control, or a related field.
• Computer literate, with basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify products during inbound receiving, storage, and outbound shipping to ensure quality.
• Maintain accurate inspection logs, records, and reports using the inventory management system.
• Monitor and ensure proper implementation of FIFO and FEFO procedures.
• Prepare and submit code date/expiration reports and coordinate with the Warehouse Team for proper monitoring and timely action on products nearing expiration.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure products are properly stored, labeled, and handled.
• Ensure warehouse personnel follow established food safety, storage, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Report damaged, expired, near-expiry, or non-conforming products to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and quality records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
