Job summary

Powerserve in the Philippines is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Checker to verify deliveries, inspect items, and ensure accurate records. This full-time role requires attention to detail and physical fitness to work in a warehouse environment.

You will coordinate with drivers and staff, label items, monitor dispatch, and uphold safety procedures. A high school graduate with warehouse experience is preferred, with completion of standard clearances as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or senior high school graduate.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or item checking is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Physically capable to work in a warehouse environment.
• Honest, reliable, and responsible.
• Complete requirements including NBI/Police Clearance/SSS/Pag-IBIG/PhilHealth/Medical and full vaccination status.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify incoming deliveries against delivery receipts, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Ensure correct quantity, quality, and specifications of items received.
• Inspect items for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
• Record and report shortages, overages, or damaged goods.
• Assist in labeling and tagging of items.
• Monitor outgoing items to ensure correct dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors regarding inventory issues.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all checked items.
• Follow warehouse safety and standard operating procedures.
