Private Advertiser in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support the site manager in daily warehouse operations. The role requires at least 2 years of solid experience in a third-party logistics company, with duties including supervising daily personnel schedules, ensuring preventive maintenance of equipment, and addressing issues or escalating for resolution.

Competenze

• Must have at least 2 years of solid experience as Warehouse Operations Supervisor in a 3PL.
• Preferably graduate of Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any Engineering course.

The person we are looking for is someone who will support the site manager carry out the day-to-day warehouse operations for GMA. If you have obtained at least two (2) years of solid experience as Warehouse Operations Supervisor in a third-party logistics company, then you are the person we need. Specifically, the role is primarily in charge of supervising the daily warehouse operations ensuring that work is accurately completed within established time frame. Further, he/she shall be tasked also to:

1. Handle the daily schedule of warehouse personnel.
2. Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventive maintenance programs and all necessary repairs.
3. Address operational problems or elevate the same to immediate superior for final resolution.

Qualifications

• Must have obtained at least two (2) years SOLID experience on the job as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
• Preferably, graduate of Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any other Engineering course.
