The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end performance of a Growsari warehouse, including order fulfillment (pick and pack) and logistics. The warehouse serves thousands of customers and transacts tens of millions of Pesos monthly. The Manager leads a team comprising 2 Supervisors, 5 Team Leads, and numerous staff to ensure efficient operations with industry-leading performance metrics. Currently, the role reports temporarily to the Operations Excellence Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment Operations:
- Ensure pick and pack activities adhere to SOPs and meet KPIs such as packing accuracy, stock levels, and volume handled.
- Escalate inventory issues promptly to minimize business loss.
- Recommend process improvements in fulfillment operations.
- Dispatch Operations:
- Ensure dispatch, returns, collections, and cancellations follow SOPs.
- Oversee timely and accurate returns processing, resolving variances.
- Inventory Management:
- Supervise inventory processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- People Management:
- Evaluate and manage direct hires.
- Implement disciplinary actions as needed.
- Develop strategies to reduce attrition.
- Admin and Reporting:
- Conduct sales and operations analysis as required.
- Prepare administrative reports such as billing statements, payment requests, cash advances, and purchase requests.
- Suggest cost-cutting measures to improve profitability.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Experience in warehouse operations management within consumer goods, retail, or logistics sectors.
- Impact-driven with a desire to positively influence Sari Sari store owners and address income inequality in the Philippines.

Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years of operations management experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Drive.
- Understanding of finance and budgeting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
