Job summary

MAIDEHAO TRADING CORP. is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, loading and dispatch, and warehouse operations.

The role will ensure timely deliveries, efficient stock handling, and strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO policies across multiple warehouses and TPL providers. The incumbent will coordinate with demand planners, monitor KPIs, and coach the warehouse team to maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of actual inventory vs ERP system
• Maintain DOI (Days of Inventory) within agreed days level
• Maintain CSL (Customer Service Level) within agreed service level
• Ensure stock availability at all times
• Verify SKUs for inbound deliveries and in good condition
• Ensure SKUs for outbound deliveries follow FIFO/FEFO
• Ensure SKUs are stacked in assigned locations
• Conduct month-end inventory count
• Handle ROS for returns from trade customers and record counts
• Coordinate with demand planner for stock needs
• Ensure OTIF deliveries are within agreed level
• Keep CTS % within allowed percentage
• Ensure truck availability for deliveries
• Verify loading accuracy against delivery documents
• Deliver products per customer delivery requirements
• Ensure Delivery Trip Ticket accuracy per truck
• Improve systems/policies to reduce CTS
• Coordinate with Sales on delivery issues
• Maintain proper warehouse hygiene and safe storage practices
• Follow GWP and disposal of garbage
• Oversee MHE and in-house trucks maintenance and usage
• Schedule PMS checks for trucks
• Lead and coach subordinates daily
• Prepare and review DIMR, weekly delivery and KPI reports
• Stay updated on products via SKU lists and marketing memos
• Submit reports with integrity and timeliness
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
