Job summary

OMANFIL INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Operator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, perform inventory cycle counts, and optimize storage with FIFO/FEFO practices. You will update ERP/WMS systems in real time and ensure equipment safety and routine maintenance.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse or logistics, knowledge of inventory control, and the ability to work with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

2 years of working experience in warehouse/logistics.
University/college diploma or vocational training in warehouse or logistics preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years in warehouse or logistic operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
Ability to operate forklifts or warehouse equipment (license preferred).
Familiarity with ERP/logistics systems (SAP experience is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Good English communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to handle tire storage and movement safely.
Strict safety awareness and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Operations: Verify shipments against PO, inspect damages, coordinate dispatch of finished goods.
Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stocktakes to maintain 100% accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Space Optimization: Organize storage areas and implement FIFO/FEFO for efficient picking and capacity.
System Management: Update WMS/ERP in real time to reflect accurate inventory movements.
Safety & Maintenance: Enforce safety standards, keep warehouse clean (5S), and schedule maintenance for equipment.
