A leading company in logistics is seeking a qualified candidate for managing logistics and warehouse operations. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing transportation, and managing warehouse practices to ensure timely delivery. Candidates must possess a relevant degree and have experience in logistics.
1. Maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock and materials, and optimizing inventory turnover to minimize cost and ensure timely delivery.
2. Oversees and execute allocation of materials and equipment needed for installation based on delivery plan in order to ensure on-time checking and loading to delivery trucks.
3. Developing and implementing logistics plans, coordinating transportation and ensuring alignment with truck partners.
4. Overseeing transportation activities, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of materials and equipment.
5. Managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials and equipment, ensuring efficient space utilization and maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
6. On time submission of operation's overall temp staff utilization and inventory, and on-time completion of all deliveries to ensure 100% deployment of materials and equipment.
Job Qualifications:
1. Must possess at least a Bachelor's or College degree in logistics, Supply Chain management, Business Administration or any related field.
2. Experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management
3. Good Analytical skills and proficient in multi-tasking.
4. Willing to work in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
