Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory controls.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics for Milaor Trading Corporation, a dynamic wholesale/distribution company based in Legazpi.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimize logistics processes to meet customer demands.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a safe, team-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with other company departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Implement operational policies and procedures. Ensure efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring the safety of staff.
