Job summary

LLA Enterprises in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a dependable Warehouse/Liaison Assistant with a valid Motorcycle Driver’s License to join our logistics team. You will receive, organize, and dispatch stocks, monitor inventory, and assist in document processing and payments within Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate is college level, physically fit, trustworthy, and familiar with local routes; basic MS Word/Excel skills are required, and prior warehouse or liaison experience is a plus but

Qualifications

• At least College Level
• With a valid Professional Driver’s License (Motorcycle)
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes is an advantage
• Physically fit, honest, responsible, and trustworthy
• With warehouse or liaison experience is preferred but not required
• With basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and dispatch warehouse stocks and materials
• Prepare and monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• Deliver and pick up of documents & materials
• Collect checks and payment documents from clients (within metro manila)
• Assist in loading, unloading, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
• Perform other warehouse and liaison duties as assigned
• Process bank-related transactions such as deposits, passbook updates, and document submissions.
