Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational certification in logistics or related field.

• Proficient with WMS/SAP or equivalent systems.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations; 1–2 years in team lead role.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory integrity.
• Exposure to audit preparation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control and ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Validate daily counts and reconcile with system records.
• Enforce serial number scanning and FIFO compliance.
• Inspect inbound shipments and report damaged items.
• Verify outbound transactions for correctness.
• Prevent fraud and enforce SOP compliance.
• Lead warehouse staff and ensure safety and housekeeping.
