Job summary

Trans World Trading Company, Incorporated is seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate in Biñan, Laguna to support inbound/outbound logistics. You will unload shipments, count and weigh items, store stock, prepare orders, and maintain accurate records to support inventory control.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, assisting with cycle counts, and ensuring products are properly packed and loaded for delivery while meeting safety and quality standards.

• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Report quality variances to supervisors.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with correct quantities.
• Perform picking efficiently to meet service standards.
• Retrieve merchandise, pack and weigh orders.
• Wrap and secure loads prior to transport.
• Move products from staging to delivery vehicles.
• Maintain records for inventory control and security.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves products to designated storage locations.

• Unpacks received products, counts, weighs, and sorts items.

• Stores items in racks and keeps stocks clean, organized, and properly sequenced.

• Ensures that inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free from damage.

• Reports quality variances to the Logistics Center Checker or Logistics Center Supervisor.

• Pulls and prepares products for shipment, ensuring the exact quantity and type of products are loaded for delivery to customers.

• Performs picking duties efficiently while meeting customer service standards.

• Retrieves merchandise from racks, then packs and weighs orders.

• Wraps and secures loads properly prior to transport.

• Efficiently moves products from staging and/or storage areas into delivery vehicles.

• Maintains appropriate records and reports to ensure proper inventory control and security.

• Assists with physical inventory counts and ensures proper stock rotation.

• Performs general cleaning duties.

• Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
