Job summary

Spacey Design Manila is seeking a Warehouse & Facilities Manager to take full ownership of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and facility maintenance. You will lead a hands-on team to ensure orderly storage, safe handling, and efficient material flow for production and office environments.

You will develop systems, standards, and processes, oversee preventive maintenance, and coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to keep material availability uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, facilities management, or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in construction, fabrication, manufacturing, events, or design-build preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse systems.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both in warehouse and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of warehouse operations, inventory, storage, and material movement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through receiving, storage, issuance, and cycle counts.
• Optimize warehouse layout, organization, and space utilization.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics for material availability.
• Develop and implement warehouse systems, standards, and process improvements.
• Lead warehouse personnel, ensuring accountability and productivity.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of materials and assets.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records.
• Oversee office, warehouse, and common areas cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules for building, warehouse equipment, office facilities, and utilities.
