About the role

In this full-time position based in Rosario Cavite, you will play a crucial role in optimising our logistics operations and ensuring the efficient storage and distribution of our products. As a Warehouse Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, implementing process improvements, and driving innovative solutions to enhance our overall supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods
2. Develop and implement efficient warehousing and inventory management strategies
3. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities
4. Analyse data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise workflow and streamline processes
6. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
7. Provide training and support to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and productivity

Qualifications

1. Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
