Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a warehouse and inventory associate to support daily operations in the San Marcelino area. The role involves receiving, storing, and organizing products while ensuring accuracy and compliance with FIFO/FEFO standards.

You will manage stock, conduct daily cycle counts, inspect deliveries for damage, and assist in outgoing deliveries to dealers. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for maintaining inventory integrity and safe

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse.
• Manages products in stockroom following FIFO/FEFO to keep order and efficiency.
• Monitors ventilation and maintains required temperature and humidity levels.
• Implements security guidelines in stock room and store area.
• Secures key to stock room and restricts unauthorized access.
• Ensures proper storage and stacking of products.
• Ensures security and safety of the warehouse.
• Receives and verifies delivered products against the Stock Transfer Report (STR).
• Inspects product for damage or breakage.
• Documents and files received documents efficiently.
• Performs efficient Daily Cycle Count and wall-to-wall counts.
• Prepares warehouse for incoming deliveries and ensures space.
• Analyzes inventory levels and determines stock requests based on sales demand and Dreams Fulfillment Officer orders.
• Manages products in supermarket according to planogram, including promo displays.
• Assists in preparation, packaging, releasing, and delivery of outgoing deliveries to dealers.
• Monitors aging of unfulfilled/ unserved invoice orders.
• Supports branch in Repeat Purchase Order heart-to-heart calls after tasks.
• Performs other branch operations tasks as needed.
• Performs relieving functions related to branch operations as needed.

Job description

• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse.
• Manages and organizes products in the stockroom following the First In First Out (FIFO) or First Expiry First Out (FEFO) standards to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse.
• Monitors proper warehouse ventilation and ensures required temperature and humidity levels are maintained.
• Implements security guidelines in the stock room and store area.
• Secures key to the stock room and restricts unauthorized persons.
• Ensures proper storage and stacking of products.
• Ensures security and safety of the warehouse.

Checking and Receiving of Deliveries

• Receives and verifies delivered products against the Stock Transfer Report (STR).
• Inspects the product for damage or breakage.
• Ensures accurate documentation and efficient filing of received documents.

Inventory Management

• Performs efficient and quality Daily Cycle Count of the products.
• Performs Wall-to-Wall inventory count as required.
• Prepares the warehouse for incoming deliveries, ensuring adequate space is available to accommodate the incoming stocks.
• Analyzes inventory levels and determines additional stock requests based on sales demand and confirmed bulk orders by the Dreams Fulfillment Officer.
• Manages and organizes products in the supermarket according to the approved planogram, including booster or promo displays.
• Assists in the preparation, packaging, releasing, and delivery of outgoing deliveries to the dealers.
• Monitors the aging of unfulfilled/ unserved invoice orders.

Repeat Purchase Order

• Supports the branch in performing Repeat Purchase Order (RPO) Heart-to-Heart (H2H) calls upon completion of critical warehouse and inventory management tasks for the day.

Other Tasks

• Performs other branch operations tasks and/ or activities as needed.
• Performs relieving functions related to branch operations as needed.
