Responsibilities
Use reasonable care and skill as Coordinator/ PIC of riders, drivers, and other independent contractors in connection with the coordination and delivery services to make sure that the parcels and packages are successfully and completely delivered to each customer within the reasonable time standard in the industry.
Provide the tools, materials, and equipment as Coordinator/ Person In Charge PIC in carrying out the coordination and delivery services.
Ensure the proper coordination/management of riders, drivers, and other independent contractors and the accomplishment and completion of the subject delivery service
Ensure to perform the following:
Sources and recruits individuals who are interested to become riders, drivers, and other independent contractors engaged in the delivery of parcels of Client Stick to a schedule and be time-bound on the job;
Conducts orientation riders, drivers, and other independent contractors for the structure of the company;
Submits report of actual deployment and newly hired;
Provides assistance for newly deployed workers;
Cascades instructions/ information given by Asian Now’s Head of Operations to riders, drivers, sorters;
Guides the riders, drivers, and other independent contractors in the performance of their contracts with Asia-Now;
Monitors attendance and day-today activities of riders, drivers, and other independent contractors, including loading and dispatching of parcels, delivery of parcels to Client’s customers, remittance of cash, and return of undelivered parcels to Client Hub;
Consolidates concerns, issues and complaints received from client, riders, drivers, sorters and other independent contractors and coordinates with different departments of Asia Now; and Client -Hub Lead, Team Lead, Coordinator and Admins;
Assists and coordinates required help relating to accident and life insurance
Makes recommendation to Asia-Now in disciplinary cases;
Provides assistance to client’s needs
With at least 1–2 years of experience in coordination, recruitment, or field operations (manpower or service agency background is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with applicants, clients, and internal staff.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks or accounts simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and basic reporting.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
With own motorcycle and valid driver’s license is an advantage (for faster coordination and mobility).
Proactive, responsible, and with a strong sense of urgency.
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
