Our client is a well-established food manufacturing and distribution company in Australia, with over 40 years of operation and a solid reputation for operational excellence. Known for its supportive, team-first atmosphere, the company thrives on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
To support their expanding operations, they are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join their team and contribute to the effective management of warehouse activities, inventory control, and logistics support.
This is a hybrid position requiring alignment with Australian business hours (6:00AM–3:00PM Manila time, Monday–Friday).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and reconcile all pooled equipment, including pallet bins and hired containers
- Monitor and report faults for warehouse equipment and company-owned vehicles
- Coordinate usage, maintenance, and documentation of company vehicles
- Raise and process purchase orders accurately and on time
- Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory to ensure stock accuracy and availability
- Support the receipt, allocation, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintain up-to-date warehouse documentation and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Coordinate with freight providers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
- Assist with the reallocation and tracking of demo and monthly stock
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support inventory and logistics needs
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination roles
- Tertiary education in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Proficient in general office software and warehouse/inventory management tools
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in managing equipment, vehicles, and vendor coordination processes
