Job summary

Compresstech Resources Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Manila to receive, check, and organize deliveries, and to pick and pack orders for dispatch. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, labeling, and safe stock rotation in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will operate forklift and basic warehouse equipment, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with sales and service teams on order status while assisting customer inquiries about pickups or deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing and handling items safely and efficiently.
• Experience with inventory control to keep stock records accurate.
• Ability to operate forklift or similar material-handling equipment (certification a bonus).
• Customer service skills for coordinating with internal teams and warehouse transactions.
• High school diploma or vocational training; warehousing/logistics training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and organize incoming deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Count inventory, label, and rotate stock to maintain accuracy.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as forklift with safety procedures.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams on order status.
