Role Description

The Warehouse Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila. This role is responsible for receiving, checking, and organizing incoming deliveries, as well as picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible in inventory counting, labeling, and stock rotation to maintain accurate inventory levels and orderly storage. Daily tasks include operating basic warehouse equipment such as forklift, following safety procedures, coordinating with the sales and service teams on order status, and helping maintain a clean, secure warehouse environment. The role may also involve interacting with logistics providers and supporting occasional customer inquiries regarding order pickups or deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in packing and handling items safely and efficiently.
• Experience with inventory control and inventory management to ensure accurate stock records.
• Ability to safely perform forklift operation or other material-handling equipment (certification or training is an advantage).
• Customer service skills for coordinating with internal teams and supporting client-related warehouse transactions.
• High school diploma or vocational certification; additional training in warehousing or logistics is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills for using inventory systems, spreadsheets, or warehouse management software.
